Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the polimorf service, including the marketing site, developer console, and client workspace (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service in violation of law, to send unsolicited communications, to attack or probe systems without authorization, or to host content that infringes third-party rights. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to data and content you upload ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, transmit, and process Customer Content as necessary to provide the Service.

5. Alpha service

During the alpha period, the Service is provided free of charge. We may change, suspend, or remove features. We will provide at least 60 days' notice before paid pricing takes effect.

6. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information using reasonable care and use it only as permitted by these Terms.

7. Privacy & data processing

We process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy and the DPA.

8. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as required by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenues, arising out of the Service.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach. Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable window to export Customer Content.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of polimorf's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
