The platform your clients run on

InfrastructureBusinesses run on.

The platform agencies use to build the software a business runs on — its records, automatic tasks, reports and team logins — then hand it over ready to use. Stand up a new client in an afternoon. Free during alpha.

Architecture

Two products. One platform.

A build console for the agency that creates the system. A clean workspace for the business that runs on it. The same records, automations, and reports flow between them in realtime, and both ship with every setup you install.

Build console

For the agency that builds the system.

Records, automations, reports, integrations, roles, and audit across every client you run. The full software, assembled in one place.

  • Schema designer

Shape the records the business runs on. Field types, traits, presets, soft-delete, and migration history.

  • Visual workflows

Drag-and-drop builder with branches, loops, waits, parallel splits, and a dry-run tracer.

  • A walled-off space per client

Every client runs in its own isolated database, sealed off from the rest. Stand up a new one in seconds.

  • Installable blueprints

Drop a ready-made setup into any client. Customize on install, opt in or out of every part.

Client workspace

For the business that runs on it.

One clean workspace with only the records, reports, and navigation their agency set up for them. Everything they need to run the day, nothing to misuse.

  • Content editor

Work the day-to-day records with custom field widgets, a media picker, and inline references.

  • Dashboards

KPIs, line charts, donuts, tables. Laid out on a 12-column grid, viewable on any device.

  • Custom navigation

Sidebar shaped by your agency. Bind reports, records, or external links per role.

  • Invite-only access

Role-based permissions. MFA. No public sign-ups, no surprise admins.

Outbound calls and inbound webhooks. One auth. One log. One retry policy.

How it works

Build the system, hand over the workspace, in an afternoon.

  1. 01

    Spin up a builder workspace

Sign in, name your agency, pick a region. A fresh, isolated workspace is ready in seconds. SSO and MFA on day one.

  2. 02

    Install a ready-made setup

Pick from 31 ready-made setups. Ecommerce, CRM, support, ops. Each brings its records, automatic tasks, reports, and team roles. Opt in or out of every piece on install.

  3. 03

    Hand it to the client

Send a role-scoped invite. They open one clean workspace with only the records, reports, and navigation you built for them, walled off from everyone else, while you keep full control.

Common questions.

Can't find what you're looking for? Ask the team.

Who is polimorf for?

Agencies and operators who build the software a business runs on, then hand it over to run. One side is a power tool for the team that builds. The other is a clean, role-scoped workspace for the team that runs the day.

Can I bring my own data model?

Yes. The schema designer is the foundation everything else is built on. 40+ field types, traits (publishable, versioned, soft-delete), JSONB and promoted storage. Migrate, version, and ship without writing SQL.

Is each client really walled off?

Yes. Each organization gets its own Postgres schema. Routing and pools enforce isolation at the database layer, not just the row level. One client never sees another.

What does a ready-made setup contain?

A manifest plus optional data models, dashboards, widgets, workflows, navigation, and routes. Installation is a topological chain installer with cascade rollback. Fail half-way and the org returns to its prior state.

How do automatic tasks work?

A visual workflow builder with branches, loops, waits, and parallel splits. Dry-run any flow against real triggers before shipping. Step types include integrations, conditions, HTTP, scripts, delays, and notifications.

What integrations are supported?

First-party connectors for Slack, Stripe, and Mailgun, plus inbound webhooks. The gateway handles credentials, retries, and signature verification. New connectors slot in as Python modules.

How much does it cost?

Free during alpha. Every feature, every tier, no caps. We will give 60-day notice before pricing kicks in, with a discount for alpha users.

Where does my data live?

polimorf runs on managed Postgres in the region you pick. Each organization has its own schema. See /security for the full posture.
